Our smallest batch size is 20 gallons; depending on the volume of the packaging, this will typically equate to a 500-1000 unit minimum production run.

Packaging minimums are dependent on what packaging vendor we source from and whether it is an off-the-shelf or custom design. We do not produce the packaging in-house and rely on our vendor partners.

Private label are product formulations already developed and tested by our FormAhead team and have pre-defined packaging options. By using one of our private label product offerings, you save on the cost and lead times associated with developing a custom tailored formulation and packaging. Private label products allow you to apply your brands' identity to an existing 'blank' product.

Contract manufacturing allows you to customize every aspect of the final product; from developing and/or using your own formulation, sourcing unique packaging shapes and volume, and customizing final kitting or labeling options.

The development process for a fully customized formulation, along with selection and sourcing of required packaging and ingredients generally take 12-16 weeks.

Lead time for production runs are generally 4 weeks.

If we are providing turnkey storage and fulfillment, a blanket PO can be set in place to maintain required inventory levels based on monthly sales data so your product is never out of stock.

We offer storage and fulfillment options so that your product sourcing is truly 'turn-key'. A storage fee of $1 / month per cubic foot of space is charged for on-going storage of product.

Once an order is received, we provide flat rate fulfillment services at $1.50 / order and a 48-hour fulfillment time. Value-add services such kitting & assembly are offered at a flat rate of $1 / order.
